One of the most reliable ways to connect with God is through his Word. This is where we learn who He is and what He wants us to do.

God’s word is the primary way he talks to us. Spending time in devotion, bible study, and putting it into practice, helps us draw close to the Lord.

Today, we are blessed to find His Word in different translations and media formats: printed, digital online bibles, audio, as well as being preached and taught in church small groups on television and radio.

What time will you set aside to read God’s Word?

Are you just getting started? Two options to make it easier:

  1. Read one chapter from the book of John each day. John was written so we would believe that Jesus is the son of God. John 20:31
  2. Read one chapter from the book of Proverbs each day. The Proverbs are filled with wisdom and great insight to daily living.
